Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Herbal products and skin care products are final sale due to health and safety concerns.

You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Your refund will be applied to your payment method within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Please send all refunded products to our mailing address (different from the store address) at:

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in 
the USA, except the State of California,
due to complex state regulatory or
compliance mandates. 
Note that there are restrictions on 
some products to certain destinations, 
and some products cannot be shipped to 
international destinations. 
Please contact us if you have any 
questions regarding shipping to a 
specific destination.

When you place an order, we will 
estimate shipping and delivery dates 
for you based on the availability 
of your items and the shipping 
option available. 


Please also note that the shipping 
rates for many items we sell are 
weight-based.To reflect the policies 
of the shipping companies we use, 
all weights will be rounded up to 
the next full pound.
